UNWIRED Conference 2012
Thank you for making UNWIRED 2012 a success!
Leaders from the telecom and cloud industries came together for some truly interactive discussions about the future of mobile cloud services, their impact on networks and also the user interfaces that will drive them forward in a half-day session at Marina May Sands on May 31, 2012.
Among the questions raised: will there be enough spectrum to cater to ever-increasing needs for more bandwidth in the sky? If not, what can telcos do to alleviate the congestion in the network, as more cloud-based services take to the mobile phone?
Panellists from StarHub, IDA, Google, Samsung, Microsoft and more went on stage to answer these pressing questions for the industry, while participants took the chance to network and meet new contacts at the yearly independent wireless and mobile event.
Returning in its third year, UNWIRED 2012 attracted more than 100 telecom executives, developers, academics, analysts and journalists participated in highly-interactive interactive discussions. Also in attendance were media from The Straits Times, CNet Asia, HardwareMag, VR-Zone, TV Plus Asia, Tech65, YoungUpstarts and more (coverage on CNet Asia and Techgoondu).
